FLU SHOT CLINICS ARE SCHEDULED FOR RESIDENTS AND STAFF, AND ARE UNDERWAY FOR 2021 SEASON.

SMOKY LAKE FOUNDATION CONSENTING RESIDENTS ARE FULLY IMMUNIZED AGAINST COVID-19 AND HAVE HAD THEIR 3RD SHOT AS A BOOSTER.

SMOKY LAKE FOUNDATION CONSENTING STAFF ARE RECEIVING OR HAVE RECEIVED THE VACCINE. STAFF MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE HAD THEIR SECOND VACCINATION BY OCTOBER 28, 2021.

The Chief Medical Officer of Health has UPDATED ORDER 37-2021 WITH ORDER 49-2021 on October 20, 2021. Updated Operational and Outbreak Standards for Licensed Supportive Living and Long-Term Care. A new Question and Answer document for the amendment has been issued. The CMOH has issued a letter to Residents and Families as well.
